This fully automatic penis pump is very easy to use. Just press the power button to turn it on. It starts in low suction mode. Press the button again, and it sucks in medium suction mode. Press the button a third time and is sucks in high suction mode. A fourth time and it turns off. The other button is a pressure release button. The cylinder is made from translucent smoke color polycarbonate and features metric measurements on the side, so you can easily see your progress. The soft, pliable base seal is made from body safe silicone and is compatible with water based lubricants. The hose that connects to the cylinder is also silicone and can be easily removed from the cylinder making cleanup a snap. Just wash the cylinder with mild soap and water. No batteries are needed.
